SAVE THE DATE - October 17, 2003: KZA’s 6th Annual Labor and Employment Seminar

Volume 2, Issue 6
June 2, 2003

Kamer Zucker & Abbott is pleased to announce its 6th Annual Labor and Employment Seminar on Friday, October 17, 2003 at Caesars Palace. This year's program will feature a mock arbitration encompassing a variety of important issues including sexual harassment, age discrimination and retaliation. The arbitration will be conducted before Arbitrator Gregory J. Kamer and will feature many of our attorneys and support staff as our key characters. The program will also address many other topics confronting employers today, including FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, discipline and discharge, and recordkeeping.

Although we will be mailing invitations by early August, it would be helpful for planning purposes to know how many individuals from your organization would like to attend this year's seminar. Please e-mail Laura Keller at lkeller@kzalaw.com to indicate the number of people you would like to attend, and we will try to accommodate everyone.
