Many collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) include a provision that allows the parties to strike members of the arbitrator panel annually on the anniversary date of the agreement. If your CBA contains a fixed panel of arbitrators, this can be a great opportunity to remove poor or problematic arbitrators. Check your CBAs to make sure this option is available to you and that the deadline has not yet passed.
