EEOC Requires New Poster By November 21, 2009

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires that employers post a new EEO poster to reflect two changes to the law: the Americans With Disabilities Amendments Act of 2009 and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008.
