Volume 10, Issue 15
December 13, 2011

U.S. News and Best Lawyers® recently released its much anticipated 2011-2012 "Best Law Firms" rankings by legal practice area with KZA garnering a national Tier 1 ranking for Labor & Employment Litigation, as well as three separate Las Vegas Metropolitan Area Tier 1 rankings in Management Labor Law, Management Employment Law and Labor & Employment Law Litigation.

The U.S. News - Best Lawyers® rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations. Lawyers vote on expertise, responsiveness, integrity, cost-effectiveness, whether they would refer a matter to a firm and whether they consider a firm a worthy competitor. The national rankings cover 75 practice areas, while as many as 119 practice areas are covered on the metropolitan lists.

Additionally, KZA is extremely proud to announce that Jen J. Sarafina was also selected for inclusion in the 2011-2012 edition of Best Lawyers® and listed under the Management Labor Law practice area for Las Vegas. As such, Jen becomes the seventh KZA attorney to receive such an honor joining Gregory J. Kamer, Carol Davis Zucker, Scott M. Abbott, Edwin A. Keller, Jr., Jody M. Florence and Bryan J. Cohen.

The attorneys and staff of KZA wish to express their appreciation to those clients and lawyers surveyed and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional legal services to Nevada's employers.
