The Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") celebrated its 25th anniversary this year. Since its enactment in 1990, the ADA has gone through significant changes. The most notable change occurred in 2009 when the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act ("ADAAA") was passed. The ADAAA made sweeping changes to the ADA, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has been clear that the ADA is one of its top enforcement objectives.

In this management workshop program, we intend to explore how the ADA has evolved, address best practices for employers, and answer your most complex ADA-related questions. Whether you are new to the world of ADA compliance or an experienced professional, this program should be very informative.
