December 20, 2013

Best Lawyers | Best Law Firms | US News & World Report | 2014U.S. News - Best Lawyers® recently released its 2014 "Best Law Firms" rankings by legal practice area with KZA garnering, for the third (3) year in a row, three (3) separate Las Vegas Metropolitan Area Tier 1 rankings in: Management Labor Law; Management Employment Law; and Labor and Employment Law Litigation.

The U.S. News - Best Lawyers® rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations. Clients were asked to provide feedback on firm practice groups, addressing expertise, responsiveness, understanding of a business and its needs, cost-effectiveness, civility and whether they would refer another client to the firm. In turn, lawyers vote on expertise, responsiveness, integrity, cost-effectiveness, whether they would refer a matter to a firm and whether they consider a firm a worthy competitor.

To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America® , which recognizes the top 4 percent (4%) of all practicing attorneys in the United States. KZA has the rare distinction of having all six (6) of its partners and one associate listed in 20th edition of Best Lawyers®.

The attorneys and staff of KZA are greatly appreciative of those clients and lawyers surveyed as part of the 2014 rankings and look forward to continuing to provide consummate legal services to Nevada's employers.
