Leave of Absence Management for Employers -
March 22, 2017
Volume 16, Issue 3
March 1, 2017
We still have limited space available if you want to attend our next Management Workshop, which will address leave of absence management. In this program, we will discuss common issues employers face under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Nevada's worker's compensation laws. Through the use of practical examples, this will be a problem-solving session to test your compliance knowledge in this often complex area.
This Workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Sahara West Library located at 9600 West Sahara Avenue (between Fort Apache and Grand Canyon). Registration will begin at 1:30 p.m. and the program will run from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m., including a question and answer session.
The Workshop is complimentary for all current KZA clients and available to non-clients for a nominal, prepaid registration fee of $25.00. Refreshments will be provided. We have also applied to make CLE and HR credit available for this program.
