Two More Weeks Until KZA's Next Management Workshop! Wage And Hour Issues Every Employer Should Know - June 30, 2016

We still have limited space available if you want to attend our next Management Workshop which will address wage and hour issues every employer should know. Among the topics to be covered will be the recently-announced DOL changes to overtime regulations, how to properly classify employees as exempt or non-exempt, minimum wage and overtime requirements under both state and federal law, volunteers/interns, Nevada-specific laws relating to payment obligations, wage deductions, uniforms, tip pooling and recordkeeping, and common mistakes to avoid. We will also address the issues often involved in wage and hour class/collective action litigation.

This Workshop is complimentary for all current KZA clients and available to non-clients for a nominal, prepaid registration fee of $25.00. Lunch will be provided.
