KZA Seeks Your Input!

KZA is coordinating its next Management Workshop and seeks your input on the topic. We had a great turnout for our June 30 Workshop, Wage and Hour Issues Every Employer Should Know. We are considering offering this Workshop again in the fall for those who were unable to attend or others in your organization who could benefit from the content.

As you know, the U.S. Department of Labor recently announced significant changes to the overtime rules that broaden the number of employees who will now be eligible for overtime compensation. All employers need to understand how these changes impact their workforce and the steps that must be taken to comply with the new rules by the December 1, 2016 effective date.

As this deadline approaches, we want to be sure we are doing all we can to help your business comply with the new rules. We are considering offering the Wage and Hour Management Workshop again this fall if this would be helpful to our clients.
